Periods after being on the pill

How long did it take you to become more regular after being on the pill?? My periods seem very long lately (the last one was 37 days I’m usually 28) everything else seems normal I just don’t know when I’m ovulating. It’s been almost 4 months. Any advice or input would be appreciated!! Thanks. 😊
