Hey guys just wondering if this is normal,

This past week I've been feeling dizzy after I eat and tired very tired. Also, my breast do get sore before my cycle but this time I didn't feel the heavy till last night. I mean every time I ate this week, I felt dizzy or if I was hungry I get dizzy. My cycle was supposed to start today but it didn't. I don't want to get my hopes up though. Should I test, wht y'all think ? I've been trying for 10 years since my tubal in 2007
