Not sure if this is the thread to post in? I’m just not having much luck on google and everyone here is really good for answering and sharing their experience.

Anyways, last Monday my throat was really sore. I thought it was a cold so I ignored it until the Wednesday when I was in horrible pain and had a small fever and I noticed bumps in the back of my throat (I don’t have tonsils). I went to the clinic Wednesday afternoon and was given antibiotics for strep throat. By Saturday, my fever and all other symptoms were gone except really mild scratchiness and the bumps were still there. Today is Tuesday (a week later) and my symptoms are all gone except my throat is a bit sore at the end of the day, but the bumps have not gone down at all! The antibiotics are done this coming Saturday. Will the bumps in my throat be gone by then? I’m really scared that they aren’t going away! Should they be going down by now??
