Nausua during labor

So I have extremely bad anxiety when I get sick (puking feeling like im going to puke) I am getting the meds to help with pain but I am still so scared of throwing up while going into labor I know that sounds stupid but it's true! Anyone have any good labor stories? Do almost everyone get sick in labor or is it not as common as they say? Im due to have him any day now and that's honestly the biggest concern im so ready to had him and I will have medication so I am not as concerned for the pain as I am the puking part. I know I sound like a child but it's really embaressing and Id like to know what im in for.
