Insomnia remedy
Okay moms! Last trimester it can be pretty hard to sleep so here’s a safe remedy I’ve known from my childhood and just started using again. Warm milk with cinnamon 10-15 minutes before bed. Seriously that simple you will sleep the WHOLE night. Best thing ever. Never met anyone it doesn’t work on . If it helps add like 2 or 3 teaspoons of sugar just to add a little sweetness. Amazing.
