So Christmas <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">Eve</a>, my husband and I both came down with an awful gastrointestinal infection. We had "the works". Christmas <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">Eve</a> was when I was expecting my period, but didn't have a test and all day on Christmas I wasn't producing urine because of how frequently I needed to use the restroom because of the infection. Finally, this morning I was able to take a pregnancy test and voila! I had a positive test! I couldn't believe it. 1 day after Christmas, 300 days after Christmas...it doesn't matter. All that matters is it came and now I have to allow myself to be excited no matter the outcome of this pregnancy. Prayers for a sticky bean and a confirmation sonogram that can bring some comfort.
