Were you scared?

When you were pregnant were you scared your baby wouldn't like you? I have this overwhelming fear that my child will dislike me. I don't know why. My hubby keeps reassuring me that she will love me because I will be her mama...But I'm so scared she won't.

Yes! I did for sure!!! 
I promise you once baby is here it won’t be like that at all. You’ll probably eventually get annoyed because baby ONLY wants you. 
You’ll get the hang of it mama, it’ll come surprisingly naturally!

My baby’s 15 months old and I’m still worried he doesn’t like me sometimes. Truth is sometimes he doesn’t and I guess he shouldn’t all the time. I’m the one who sets limits for him, tells him he can’t touch the stove, tells him he must brush his teeth, I can be pretty mean sometimes according to him. But I know he LOVES me all the time. Even if I’m the one who tells him no and upsets him he comes running to me for comfort.

The changes are that you will be your childs whole world, but the child should not like you all the time. It is OK to be the boring parent as well.
