I haven't noticed peeing when I cough, but when I took my daughter to the trampoline park I realized I couldn't do that without wearing a pad, and I'm only 32 as well. Why must our bodies forsake us in this way?!

Only sometimes. But I've had 2 boys who thought my bladder was a trampoline while I was pregnant with them. Cough, sneeze, laugh too hard. There it goes! 😂😂 It's better now.. My youngest is 16months. But kegals definitely help.

The other day I had to have one of my oldest dogs put to sleep. I was rubbing her head while they did it & I was choking/crying and totally pissed myself a little ☹️
