First time pregnancy symptoms

So this is my first pregnancy. As of right now without visiting the doctor Im thinking Im 5w 3d. Last week Started the sore breast and night sickness instead of morning. Now I am pretty much nauseous all day and having weird feelings in my tummy, no pain and no spotting or bleeding though. Is this normal?
