Pregnant or no? Who relates?

So I had some strange light spotting/bleeding on the 13th that lasted a day. Then it stopped after that day haven't had it since or my period which was suppose to start three days ago, I took a pregnancy test yesterday morning and it was negative. When should I test again? Also no symptoms other than last night I got extremely tired and had to take a nap cause I just couldn't fight it and woke up an hour later and felt just fine. Any suggestions? Also I am still having large amounts of cm this morning it looks like this
