Pregnant or just VERY late?

So I’ve been on the pill for about 4 months now. I e had very irregular periods since I’ve been on it but now I’m 18 days late for my period? I’ve never really been this late but I had two periods last month so I don’t know if since I had two I won’t have one this month?? Just confused and slightly concerned at this point!
