6 weeks 4 days pregnant extremely constipated..

is this normal?? I am in agony I could not sleep last night at all cause I felt the need to poo the last couple of days and has caused me to have extremely bad stomach pains like really bad it felt as though my tummy was going to explode and very sharp ... is this normal I am so worried this is my second baby
