from time to time ive had dreams about getting positives pregnancy tests but when ive taken them after the dream theyre always negative. this time i dreamed i was pregnant and gave birth to a baby boy. i woke up feeling like it was real and went back to sleep. when i fell back asleep the dream continued and i got to take my baby home. i was watching my baby and seeing how much in the dream and i started crying. could this be a sign of some sort? my breasts have been sore but i dont have any other symptoms other than being super tired. please help!!!
