I need advice!

I need advice so my boyfriend is working at the detail shop for almost 4 months now you know gets paid decent. but not his cousins husband is offering him a job at the ranch there trying to get the trailer so wouldn't have to pay rent! buy his cousin and I harldey get along.... I don't know what to think and I don't want him to make a mistake of leaving his job now. should he take it or no.
