I need help...

About a year and a half ago I was told that I had an std but it was totally curable. I have sex with my friend from then to now (he’s not the one who gave it to me) I recently had sex with his other guy and I feel like some symptoms are coming back... is it possible to get this std again even if neither of you have it ??
