Miscarriage?
Miscarriage? Period was 4 days late, had spotting around what wouldve been implantation bleeding. Right before I found this i was having the worst possible cramps in the world. They brought me to my knees in pain. I think I see what might be an embryonic shape if you zoom in but I also feel rather crazy.
