My period was delayed 3 days. It just hit, and it hit hard. was wearing a super and within an hour I bled through everything. and to leave work just an hour into my shift because of how nauseous I was and how much pain I am. pain medication doesn't help so I took some sleeping pills. low key hope to not wake up... because I'm very done with these extreme cramps I always have.
