Of course it is. Just change it before you go to bed and as soon as you wake up.

I sleep with one in and my body actually naturally wakes me up when I need to change it, so I don’t worry about TSS 🤷🏼‍♀️

I do. TSS is EXTREMELY rare & pads just don't work for me at night while I'm laying down.

I have an irrational fear of toxic shock. I will not wear a tampon for more than 3 hours.. haha BUT you will be fine. I used to do it before I knew about all the horrible things it can do. Now I refuse to use them unless I need to.

You’re fine just change it right before bed and right when you get up.  I’ve always worn them no problem.

Just sleep less than 8 hours, or set an alarm to change it after sleeping for 5 or 6 hours then finish sleeping
