posting again since glow wont let me edit post...according to glow my ovulation day is today , I'm cramping a lot and bleeding enough to wear and change a panty liner , I should add my so and I got a little rough last night doing the bd and that's when spotting started after 🙈.. It's definitely not my period as I'm very regular and just had it 2 weeks ago. is it normal to bleed during ovulation , were we just too rough or What s going on.. also i should mention the blood is thicker and darker almost brown
