Pregnancy Scares

So momma's, I went to get my ultrasound today and I change into my gown, I pee, its all okay then I feel like I've wet myself and I turn to go to the bathroom I'm dripping blood and I tell my nurse, she helps me clean up because it got on my thighs and I get two small clots but we still do the ultrasound and the baby's heartbeat is healthily thumping at 189 and bleeding only lasted a minute and stopped, all my levels are normal at the ER but my white blood cell count is high because they say I have a small infection. They let me go home on bed rest but I see my OBGYN first thing in the morning. Any helpful comments? I'm 9 weeks and 5 days! I'm now having brown spotting and peeing a lot but other than that I'm okay. Thanks in advance.
