Why do some people hate Jake and Logan Paul?

I have never been a big fan. I've only heard one song from Logan Paul, but I see them get a lot of hate. Why is this? Update: I saw what he did in Japan, and I understand now. I posted this before the Japan incident.

I actually hate Jake Paul for so many reasons and I'm not in the mood to list them... but Logan isn't that bad. Mainly they and Ricegum are just horrible influences and shitty Youtubers. But no judgement if u like em'

Also all of the controversy over Logan’s latest idiotic video and his subsequent lame apology? They’re both disgusting humans who should stay in the dumpster fire that was 2017 like the trash they are.

I don't know much about them either, but they were involved in some stupid drama earlier this year which was clogging up the YouTube recommendations for everyone (it wasn't fun to see 24/7 when you couldn't care less). The songs they release also show they aren't intelligent at all.
