besides drinking a ton of water how do i make my period lighter? Im going on a 7 hour car ride with my family and im on the heaviest part of cycle

You can’t. Just make a few bathroom breaks

It’s going to flow the way it’s supposed to and there isn’t anything you can do to change it. You can however, use Always Extra Heavy Overnight Pads. They can last for ten hours and you can also wear Playtex Sport Tampons and ask your family for a bathroom break whenever you need one. They both help me out when I have to make long trips.

You can’t control it 🤷🏽‍♀️ I suggest wearing a tampon as well as a heavy flow pad to catch the overflow, if any. I imagine you’ll have bathroom breaks along the way so you can change your tampon with relative ease and not worry too much about leakage :D
