Please read -hope someone can help

Hi ladies, I’ve been with my husband for 2 going on 3 Year’s now and before we got married he used to love me for ex: rub my feet, give me massages, kiss all over me and just plainly says he loves me all the time. Now I can’t even get him to rub my feet or anything without him complaining. But I was rub/scratch his back & do different things for him. What should I do?
