not until recently. for me they're horrible. I had never had period cramps though, either, until recently...and those are now even worse than my horrible ovulation pain.

Duller than period cramps, and usually on one side or the other. Sometimes both sides.

yes. slightly sharp pointy feeling or a dull ache I only get it one side in my lower right.
