Insomnia!!! Tips anyone?!?
I wake up around 3-4 am every single morning and am wide awake and can’t go back to sleep no matter how tired I am. I’ve always had problems sleeping since I was a kid and melatonin and sleeping pills don’t work for me typically in the first place. But it’s so much worse lately and I’m so damn tired during the day but can’t sleep at night! Anyone else have this problem? If so any suggestions??
