Dreaming of positive pregnancy test
So I had a MC Nov 27th and I haven't had my period yet but my doc said count my MC as my period so I did and when my app said I would be ovulating I felt little pinch like cramps on my left side as usual and my bf and I di have sex like 3x during my fertile time and the last 3 days I've had this pain on my left side idk why it's gone now but then 2 dreams of positive pregnancy test has anyone had this and it was true?
