I’m going to my first “pre baby” appointment tomorrow with my new ob and I’m really nervous. Unfortunately we suffered a miscarriage last spring but I seemed to bounce back relatively quickly but my cycles were a little funky over the last 6 months so I’m hoping to get some answers and try to figure out how to get my cycles regular.

Did you have a pre pregnancy appointment? What all did they do?

Update! The doctor was delivering a baby so my appointment is now in 2 weeks
