what are the best ways to use coconut oil while pregnant? I've just started the oil pulling for my teeth and I havedoing a huge bottle. Lol.

I use it for everything. I make lotions and scrubs, use it as lube, I use it on dry skin especially in the winter. I put it in my smoothies and on my split ends.
