Nausea or super hungry??

Question

I'm only 6w and I can't figure out if I'm just having morning sickness or if I'm just hungry. It seems like every time I eat though my belly starts hurting, almost like gas pains and it's miserable. Is this normal?

Yes, unfortunately. I always tell my hubby "I don't know if I want to barf or if I'm starving." So strange.

I'm feeling the same way I think I'm starving then I finally make something to eat and then...nausea. The joy of pregnancy!

Had the same thing until today. 6wk5d and I have full blown nausea. Can't hold an entire meal down to save my life. Trust me, you'll know the difference when and if it hits!
