Lower belly pain after getting mad

I got mad at my husband earlier today and now I've had lower belly pain on and off since this morning. I'm 20 weeks.I always keep things bottled up so I acted like nothing but I don't know if getting angry caused this pain or is it just a coincidence and its something else?

And i got angry because he always said He wouldn't have women working for him unless i approved because he didn't want any problems with us. (I did not make him do this, he is the one who always said it, to make me feel good i guess 🤷🏻‍♀️) so i always joke with him and i was kidding around and asking why he was wearing his good pants to work and we laughed... but an hour later a girl calls him asking what else she needed to do at work, so I just left the room and tried to distract myself, he saw i was mad but i did not talk to him. He didn't even go to work.
