is this normal
I am 4 weeks and 4 days pregnant and we had sexm this morning I was very tight. A little spotting after sex and haven't spotted all day. I drank a lot more water today and I also don't have strong cramps just very mild on and off cramps. Not sure if its old blood mixed with ewcm while pregnant as I drank more water and will keep an eye if any strong cramps happen tonight.
