My partner is going to a pool party with his best girl friend (who has a partner) and his ex girlfriend will be there. There will be 3 other people there who are all friends from school. I’m not invited as the best girl friend and ex are best friends so naturally I’m not welcome.

What tactics do you use to draw the strength to bypass it?

I feel like an adolescent as I know he loves me and wants to be with me but can’t shake the thoughts/feelings of jealousy!
