New to PPM
okay so I had my son exactly 24 hours and 16 minutes ago. I had them all natural no painkillers no pills no anything really and I ended up with stage 2 tearing and so far only taking one pill which is Motrin to help with the cramping I've gotten from that. but all that aside I'm wondering what other PPM have done about similar tears
