Lord, give me strength, take away this acne.

I stopped taking my birthcontrol because im sick of the hormones, everything is great besides the acne!!! Due to the cold my skin is crazy dry as well. I have big painful pimples and tiny blackheads on my face, all over my chest, and barely any on my back. I know its from not taking hormones, does anyone have any tips or tricks?

I have over $600 worth of products for skincare too so it seems hopeless. I can deal with blackheads, but pimples? No thanks. 🧐
