Progesterone cream?

I have been reading about progesterone cream but not 100% sure when this is actually required. Do any of you have experience with this?

Low Progesterone is a big cause of of early miscarriage and if your levels are too low you won't be able to conceive at all. Its such an easy fix and sadly many women go through lots of unnecessary procedures $$$$ when the problem is just low Progesterone ( or also common is high estrogen because its the ratio of Progesterone  to Estrogen that is important) either way supplementing Progesterone can help. I started using Progesterone cream 5 months ago and got my 1st bfp after 2 cycles using it. I was ttc for over 4 years and am 100% certain the progesterone is what made me finally conceive. Unfortunately I mc at 6 weeks but my dr says I should continue the cream and at my next bfp she will put me on a prescription dose much higher than the cream I had been using.  I use Emerita progest cream. If you decide to try it make sure to wait 2 days after ovulation before starting to apply it because if you start too early you can delay ovulation AND make sure you get bioidentical progesterone
