Is it okay to use this for 5 month old? She has a terrible cough

Yes you can. I used the zarbee brand and put in on her feet and back. I avoided her chest because I didn't want her to touch it and get it her eyes or mouth in accident. I also made sure she had on socks and footie pjs because she started figuring out how to take her socks off!😬 Hope your little feels better soon!

I used the Matty’s brand on my oldest when she was around 3 months. I didn’t put it on her chest, just on her feet and her back. I would put it on my chest and let her breathe it that way.

You can also use the plug-in if you don’t want to apply directly to your baby. Plug it in close to their crib/bassinet and it works great.
