Question after BFN :-(

i am a day late just tested at 242pm and got a BFN but I have pregnancy symptoms I also had what i believe was IB last week with my first I didnt test till i was 2wks late could I still be pregnant been sleepy and stomach been extra hungry not to mention these headaches and nausea
