Ovulation tests & Glow

So it's my 2nd month TTC and I bought some Answer ovulation strips. My last period was on May 9th, for 4 days. Glow says my most fertile day is tomorrow, but I've been testing since Sunday and there hasn't been a surge yet. I'm not currently doing the whole bbt thing but I'm just trying to figure out if this seems weird or normal? Also, I took ibuprofen 800mg on Sunday and Monday so I don't know if that would delay my ovulation or not? Feedback, please?
