Is this okay to leave on my hair overnight?

My hair is damaged and it’s kind of late so I don’t feel like doing a whole lot to my hair tonight so would it be okay if I left this on my hair.

I don’t think it’d be a problem! Shea moisture products are great and really gentle. Maybe put some coconut oil in with it and wrap it up so your pillows don’t get stained. 😊
