dizziness?

Is anyone else super dizzy?  If I stand up too quick or move my head too fast I get super dizzy, then I get super nauseated from being super dizzy.its a vicious cycle lol

Yes- I have low blood pressure normally, and your blood pressure lowers in the first trimester due to your blood vessels expanding to make way for extra blood volume. I always get SUPER dizzy the first trimester, so I always eat and drink before getting out of bed, and try to eat consistently through the day, stay hydrated, and get enough salt intake. Those things seem to keep it more level. I'm almost 12 weeks now and it's finally evening out.

I’ve been really dizzy too. I hate that feeling of loosing control. Lately my vision goes black for a few seconds - it’s scary!

Yes but that’s usually a sign for me to go to the hospital. If I’m dizzy it means I’m too dehydrated and I need to go and have fluids. Have you been vomiting or keeping any food down?

Yup! I read it’s just another fun common pregnancy symptom lol
