I haven't searched too hard but I'm having a hard time finding answers to these two questions

What should i expect after stopping birth control? I know everybody is different but it would be nice to have a heads up of what could happen and what to look out for. I finished my pack about two weeks ago and haven't taken one since.

Also should I start taking prenatal vitamins now? And what prenatals are good for before pregnancy, during and after?
