1st time sex, pregnant?

2 days after I ended my period I had sex with a condom yesterday. We made sure to replace the condom three times lol, and afterwards I gave him head without a condom. He didn't come on me, but then I started fingering myself and today I noticed that I have a lot of discharge. I'm not sure if it's just me being aroused, or if it's sperm that could've transferred from the bj to me. The discharge on my underwear and from my vagina is clear and stretchy, with some small white chunks. My ovulation window opens up tomorrow. Could it be that I need plan B?
