I delivered my baby a week ago and have since been in excruciating pain on my right side. The right side of my neck, shoulder, and arm is killing me. I’m taking hydrocodone and Motrin and it helps relieve the pain but it doesn’t go away entirely. It’s not getting any better and I don’t want to take any more pain meds. I know I should go to the doc; but other than that what could it be? I had to hold on the handle bars at the end of my bed for delivery and I think I strained a muscle or something. Will it go away on its own? I’ve tried stretching, ice, heat, and meds. Someone help me
