Vitex

So I've been taking vitex so I can get my period. I haven't not had it in years now finally I had one this month. I only have been taking it 18 day then started. but I do love vitex it also good for Ovulation. . And it can help prevent miscarriages for the first trimester. .. Any one else have taken it or heard or it.. it's also over the counter I get it at gnc for 13 dollars...
