Free birth control???

I’m 19, my SO and I use condoms but id like to get birth control because I’ve had my period since I was 12 and its never been regular but I’ve had one every month just one will be on the 3rd and then I’ll have another on the 20th and then on the 10th and so on and so forth but my SO and I live together and I asked my mom to drop me from her insurance so I could pay for it. well I’ve had surgery and have that bill to pay of first and I can’t seem to afford birth control and I have two jobs (because no one where I live wants to hire a 19 year old for full time with benefits, they want to work you full time one week and then next they give you a few hours under full time) so i work both jobs and go to school and my SO is also in the Navy so I’ll have insurance when he gets done with basic, A school and C school and I’m sorry if it’s supposed to be Sea school and not C but I just wanted to know if you guys could point me in the right direction:) Thank you
