Reflux?

Question

What are the signs of reflux? My lg is 4 weeks old and EBF but I think she has reflux. I've got a doctors appt for her today but wanted to see on here as well

My son has silent reflux. He doesn't spit up much but his main symptom was screaming his head off after every feeding, because the acid was burning his throat. Poor little dude. Sometimes I could hear it coming up too, and then his face would get all red and he'd start crying. Reflux is pretty common in babies because their digestive system is still maturing.

Lots of hiccups (tho that's common anyway) 
Upset when lying flat as the liquid is burning her throat like heartburn 
Spitting up after every feed (common anyway) 
Really upset and comfort feeding so eating very regularly or actually going off the milk and refusing feeds.
