I’ll admit I know the basics of bbt chart analysis but I don’t understand the Triphasic shift stuff. It looks looks like maybe there was an implantation dip 8dpo but since then I can’t tell what’s going on.

BFN 10 and 11dpo 😔. Haven’t tested since because i don’t want to waste a test on another negative. Af due tomorrow on 14dpo. I’ll test if she doesn’t arrive. Still praying for a miracle even though my sore nipples, swollen breasts, headaches and creamy CM seem to have subsided after 10dpo. Sigh...
