any better than others?

hey girls! are there any prenatal vitamins that are better than others like brand wise? I'm going on my lunch break to pick up some preseed and some vitamins so anyone have any brand recommendations??

When I was ttc, my doctor told me to take 800mcg of folic acid instead of prenatals. The folic acid is really all you need prior to getting pregnant and everything else in a prenatal is just extra the body doesn’t need. Good luck!

I use Nature Made because most of their stuff is USP (United States pharmacopoeia) regulated, meaning the pills are actually made of what they say they are. Most supplement companies don't get run their products through USP regulations because they aren't required to so you don't truly know what's in them. 😊
