Really dry skin under eyes
Ugh. For about 3 weeks now I’ve had insanely dry skin under my eyes. Flaky, dry, red patches. But only under my eyes. I use Avery good skincare line with an intense moisturizer. It helps a little, but the dry patches are still there. They make my makeup look horrible. Anyone else having this problem or a similar problem? Anyone have a great way to fix this? It’s so frustrating.
