Controlling nausea on birth control

So I'm 20 and I've been on three kinds of birth control pills since I was 14: Trinessa, Vestura, and now Lo Loestrin Fe. Each one has made me so sick and uncomfortable that my doctor keeps dropping the dose to find the right pill/dose for me. Lo Loestrin Fe is 1 mg and the lowest dose I can be on apparently. I've been on it for 2 weeks and it makes me so nauseous that it wakes me up in the middle of the night and makes me miserable. I'm on the pill to try and control my severe period symptoms and ovarian pain because when I ovulate it feels like death. I'm at a loss. If this pill doesn't work for me I don't know what to do. If I'm too sensitive for birth control but in pain when I'm not on it, I'm kinda screwed. How can I control my birth control symptoms?
